Another year has come to an end and I must write my final Presidents letter! I am pleased to have been able to lead the MSS for two consecutive years. I am very passionate about my profession and I encourage anyone with the same passion to get involved in your states society! We need the MSS to stay strong!
This year’s symposium was another great success! We had over 180 in attendance - WoW! Thank you, to everyone who attended and supported the MSS this year! We will be going over the evaluations soon and putting some feedback on our website. We do take your suggestions seriously and try to improve each year from your comments. Please understand that certain things are beyond our control. For instance, we had a speaker back out last minute due to a family illness. We had two weeks to cover his three vascular topics. We did the best we could to find another vascular speaker but with two weeks notice it was next to impossible to do that so thank you for understanding the situation.
KUDOS to our wonderful speaker, Dr. Finberg, Dr. Ala, Dr. Morrison, Dr. van Holsbeeck, Patrick Meyers, Joyce Grube and Margaret Burr.
I did also receive some comments regarding the missing lectures from the CD. The speakers did not forward me those lecture notes therefore I was unable to forward them to all of you. Please except my apologies!

Our 34th annual Spring Symposium will be April 23 & 24, 2010 at the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort. Mark your calendars!
I would like to thank my entire board again for doing such an amazing job! They are a great bunch of Sonographers and without all of their heart and dedication (we all volunteer) none of this would be possible.
